Mehdi Ramezanpour is a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Pittsburgh with a Ph.D. in Computational Modeling and Simulation and M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering. His research integrates artificial intelligence, medical imaging, and computational biomechanics to investigate cardiovascular and urinary-system function, with a focus on deep-learning-based image analysis, 3D reconstruction, and subject-specific computational modeling. His current postdoctoral research includes developing AI-based methods for bladder ultrasound segmentation and reconstruction to support noninvasive assessment and future subject-specific digital twin modeling. Outside of research, Mehdi enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new places.
